Adult Day Health Services
Adult day health services are a caring and cost-effective alternative to nursing homes, enabling patients to live at home or with loved ones and receive the daily care, attention, and assistance they need. Our adult day health service can include therapy, meals, social and recreational activities, and other physically and mentally stimulating interactions.
Our Adult Day Health Centers are located in North Worcester County and Franklin County, in the cities and town of Gardner, Fitchburg, Athol, and Greenfield, and serve their surrounding communities. The Centers are designed to meet the physical, functional, and social needs of elders and disabled adults who are unable to lead totally independent lives. Our staff is able to provide for people with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's / Dementia and other medical needs, as well as individuals who are seeking socialization.
