The GVNA is looking for individuals to fill the following positions in a new branch office in
Greenfield, MA.
BRANCH MANAGER
40 hours/week
As a key member of the Homecare Department, the Branch Manager will be responsible for the supervision of staff working in the Greenfield area. This position is expected to maintain a patient caseload. Licensure (RN, PT or OT) in the state of Massachusetts required. Three years' experience in an acute care setting or comparable experience recommended. Experience in homecare industry preferred. Competitive wage and benefit package offered.
REGISTERED NURSE
40 hours
Seeking a full time RN with excellent clinical skills to work in Home Care in the Greenfield area. Must have 2-5 years' experience working in a clinical setting. Gives, arranges, teaches and supervises nursing care of clients in the home. Manages a client caseload, carries out nursing skills, contributing to treatment and rehabilitation, and assesses individual and family health needs and hazards- existing or potential. Provides health counseling, including emotional support to individuals, families and groups. Competitive salary and benefits.
PHYSICAL THERAPISTS
32 - 40 hours/week
Seeking Physical Therapists to work in the Greenfield area. Candidates have the ability to treat a variety of diagnoses and provide therapy on a one-to-one basis in a home setting. Physical Therapy Licensure in the state of Massachusetts required. Competitive salary and benefits. Full Time Physical Therapists will have use of a vehicle paid for by the agency for business and personal use.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS
32 - 40 hours/week
Seeking Occupational Therapists to work in the Greenfield area. Candidate must have knowledge of professional occupational therapy and rehabilitation practices, including the ability to provide therapy on a one-to-one basis in a home setting. Occupational Therapy Licensure in the state of MA and at least one year of experience preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
MARKETING & SALES LIAISON
20 hours/week
Candidate must be personable, high energy and willing to learn all aspects of home health and community services. This position will be the liaison between medical professionals and Gardner VNA throughout the Greenfield area. Must have sales and marketing experience in healthcare.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience. Three years experience in a community health care agency preferred.

HOME HEALTH AIDES
40 hours/week
Seeking individuals to care for clients in their homes in the Greenfield area. HHA's are responsible for providing personal care and related household services to clients under the care of the Gardner VNA. Must be Home Health Aide certified.
The Gardner VNA is looking for individuals to fill the following positions in our new Adult Day Health Center located in Greenfield, MA.
COOK
13 hrs/week
Individual will be responsible for preparing snacks and meals to meet the dietary requirements of clients. Candidate should like to cook for large groups and must have basic knowledge of food handling. 2 years in food preparation preferred. ServSafe certification a plus.
PROGRAM AIDES
20 hrs/week Available
Program Aides ensure that all clients receive the appropriate assistance they require while at the Center. Responsibilities include assisting with client hygiene, mealtime and activities. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2 years experience caring for the elderly. CNA and/or HHA certification a plus.
40 hours/week Responsible for all duties necessary for preparation, submission, collection, and maintenance of accounts receivable and the aging process of all HMO's and third party billing. Provide back up support to the Finance Department as required for the ongoing functioning of the department. Must have excellent computer skills and a strong understanding of medical billing. Background in homecare a plus. MEDICAL BILLING
PERSONAL CARE AIDE and/or HOMEMAKER
SOCIAL WORKER
To work 15 hrs. a week in Homecare. Must be Masters prepared, LICSW preferred.
WEEKEND REGISTERED NURSE
24 or 32 hours per week
Looking for an RN to provide homecare visits on weekends. Candidate would work 24 hours a week and get paid and benefitted for 32 hours (working every weekend and 1 day during the week) or 32 hours a week and get benefited and paid for 40 hours (working every weekend and 2 days during the week). Applicant must have 2-5 years' experience in a clinical setting. Homecare experience a plus. Applicant must have the ability to orient weekdays for 4 to 6 months. REGISTERED NURSE
Afternoon-Evening, 12:00pm - 8:30pm with some flexibility 40 hours per week
Looking for an RN with 2-5 years' experience working in a clinical setting. Homecare experience a plus, but not required. Position will be responsible for the Telehealth Program and expected to provide homecare visits as needed. Applicant must be available to orient weekdays for 4 to 6 months. Competitive compensation and benefit package offered.
HOME HEALTH AIDE
As needed, seeking individuals to care for clients in their homes in the Gardner and/or Athol area. HHA’s are responsible for providing personal care and related household services to clients under the care of the Gardner VNA. Must be Home Health Aide certified.
HEALTHY FAMILIES SUPERVISOR
Full-time
To implement the Healthy Families Fitchburg Program and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program, including supervision of 5 para-professional staff, program documentation and quality assurance. Must have relevant human service experience. Bachelor's degree in Social work, Human Service, Counseling or Nursing preferred. Spanish bi-lingual a plus.
HEALTHY FAMILIES HOME VISITOR
Full-time
Provide psychosocial assessments, social service coordination, advocacy, support and education for first time pregnant and parenting women and their families, with a special focus on working with individuals with Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Domestic Violence issues, in a culturally competent manner, alleviating barriers to care, through home visiting and case management. High School diploma or GED. 2 years college preferred. Spanish bi-lingual a plus.
