Community Services Center
The Gardner VNA Community Services Center offers programs and services to address the needs associated with extreme poverty, addiction, homelessness and other at risk behaviors. Programs at the Center include:
- Food Pantry
- Housing Case Management
- Substance Abuse Recovery Readiness Counseling
- Assistance with referrals for detox and substance abuse treatment programs
Services are offered to minimize the harm individuals might be doing to themselves and the people around them, assist those who live on the fringe of society, and identify and utilize the care and prevention resources available to them.
The Center strives to assist clients who are homeless or living in poverty, these humanitarian efforts help remove barriers to care and promote readiness for change toward healthier living.

Monday - Friday
8:30 am - 12:00 noon
Food Pantry:
Wednesdays
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Community Partner:
ACTION Health Services (A program of the Community Health Center) provides the following services at the Center:
- Behavioral Health Counseling provided by an LICSW on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from
9:00 am – 12:00 noon and Tuesdays from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. - Mobile Van staffed with a Nurse Practitioner who provides medical care on Monday and Thursday from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon.
- Assistance with Massachusetts Health Insurance Applications—including, but not limited to, Mass Health. This service is provided on Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am – 12:00 noon.
