The Gardner VNA doors opened on April 1, 1906 and the agency has grown and evolved into a full-service home health agency. We are a non-profit agency with a staff of 150 dedicated professionals, serving individuals ranging from pediatric to adult populations in 24 communities. Today, the Gardner VNA serves more than 5,500 clients every year who are diagnosed with a wide range of medical conditions. Our services help clients to remain independent and in their homes for as long as possible before nursing home options need to be considered.
