Community support groups play a critical role in the health and well-being of our communities. Physical well-being is only part of the picture - often mental and emotional suffering take an equal toll on patients, families, and other loved ones.

We recognize the importance of support groups and work closely with several of them, including: 

Caregivers Support Groups
(For caregivers of elder or disabled adults)

Gardner VNA Hospice and

Bereavement Support Groups

Second Monday of each month 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 

           Fourth Monday of each month 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
