Adult Day Health Services
Our Adult Day Health centers are located in North Worcester County and Franklin County, serving the towns of Gardner, Fitchburg , Orange and their surrounding communities. The Centers are designed to meet the physical, functional, and social needs of elders and disabled adults who are unable to live totally independent. Our staff are able to provide for people with Alzheimer's / Dementia and or medical needs, as well as those individuals who are seeking socialization.

Referrals:
Any individual can make a referral. When a referral is made, nurses and social workers are available to answer your questions. We would be happy to arrange a visit at our centers or at your home.
