If you are interested in making a donation to the Gardner VNA or if you have any questions regarding how to make a donation, please contact Nancy Langlois at (978) 632-1230, Ext. 3080. We are very grateful for the many donations we receive to benefit our programs and look forward to continued service to the greater Gardner area. Please note that all donations are tax deductible.
Can I restrict my donation?
Yes. If you have a specific service, which you, your family or friends have used, that is near and dear to you, please feel free to request that your funds be earmarked for this service. The Gardner VNA is happy to honor your request and will assure that your donation will be used to benefit the program of choice.

Please Note: If you are restricting your donation to a specific service, make sure that your intent is clearly marked on your check or by a letter accompanying the check.
GVNA's Giving Tree Campaign
The Gardner VNA launched a Giving Tree Campaign in September, 2003. The campaign was initiated to help support our commitment to the growing and strengthening of comprehensive health care services the Gardner VNA has to offer to Gardner and its surrounding communities.
Through your generous contributions to the Giving Tree Campaign, the funds will be used for the program of your choice (ie. Hospice, Adult Day Health, etc.) or can be put into a general fund for various programs within the organization that have specific needs.
When making a donation, you have several different levels of giving from which to choose. They include the Double Gold Leaf at $1,200, the Golden Leaf at $600, the Silver Leaf at $300 and the Bronze Leaf at $100. These leaves can be purchased to honor or memorialize someone special in your life. Checks can be made payable to the Gardner VNA's Giving Tree Campaign.
