ON-CALL NURSE
Weekends
RN to triage calls and make visits necessary for Homecare and Hospice. Hours are 6:00pm - 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday. Position could potentially be shared by 2 or more individuals. Homecare experience preferred.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST & OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Full time or Part Time
Gardner VNA is looking for Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to join a growing Rehab Department with a true team approach. Candidates have the ability to flex their work schedule, treat a variety of diagnosis and provide therapy to a one-to-one basis in a home setting.
PROGRAM AIDE
30 hrs/wk
To work in Gardner Adult Day Health Center.
SOCIAL WORKER
Fitchburg Adult Day Health Center
20 hours/week
Candidate to provide individual and group therapeutic counseling to participants and families. Individual will work collaboratively with the Program Director to meet the specific needs of persons with disabilities. and the elderly. LSW required. Social Worker supervision for licensure provided.
SPEECH THERAPIST
As needed
WEEKEND HOMECARE AND/OR HOSPICE NURSES
$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (pro-rated for part time)
With excellent clinical skills to work weekends in
Homecare and/or Hospice. Experience in home health, case management,
and/or high tech preferred. Baylor program applies for this
position-work 22 hours (10 hours on Sat. & Sun. and 2 hours
administrative work) and get paid and benefited for 30 hours.
