Lifeline Medical Alert System
The Lifeline Medical Alert System is a life safety device for at risk clients in North Worcester County and Franklin County. Lifeline allows clients independence and security while providing them with peace of mind, knowing that they are monitored 24 hours a day should a problem arise. It provides clients with the vital safety net that they need to continue living at home in familiar and comforting surroundings.
Program Benefits:
If you need help, Lifeline responds to an emergency by sending the appropriate assistance immediately. It is all there at a touch of a button with your Personal Transmitter Pendant, which works with our innovative monitoring systems. It could be that you need to hear a kind voice or are having a minor problem that a neighbor or family member can't solve at that moment - Lifeline is here for you. Our equipment is easy to use and our services affordable. You and your loved ones can rest assured that you're safe and happy. All aspects for obtaining this service are managed by our Lifeline Coordinator.
Alert Systems are available in two models, tailored to your individual needs. These services are designed to enhance the individual's independence and quality of life. Those who could benefit from these services include:
- The elderly living alone or with family
- Recuperating patients
- Individuals with long-term illness
- The physically challenged
- Latchkey children
- Individuals needing daily assistance with personal care. (ie., bathing, light meal prep, etc.)
Service Area:
The service area includes the greater Worcester County and accommodates portions of Franklin County.
Towns include Ashburnham, Winchendon, Royalston, Warwick, Erving, Orange, Athol, Phillipston, Templeton, Gardner, Westminster, Hubbardston, Petersham, Fitchburg, Leominster, New Salem and Barre.

Referrals:
Referrals can be made by anyone interested in the Lifeline System that is concerned about their own safety or the safety of a friend or loved one.
